Lucas & Arthur Jussen

On the new EP CANTUS by brothers and pianists Lucas and Arthur Jussen, they explore in six tracks piano repertoire that was originally based on an aria or chorale melody.

We’re very proud and happy to announce that “Rêve” is the first chapter of the musical trilogy that we will be releasing this year. We searched for French, impressionistic repertoire by lesser-known composers for ‘Rêve’ and we are very happy with this selection of waltzes, lullabies and other swaying tracks. Wonderful to play and hopefully to listen to as well!

phon label.

Dass sie schon seit Kindertagen zusammenspielen, merkt man am gemeinsamen Klangideal, das sie flexibel auf die jeweils geforderte Stilistik abstimmen.

Über die Auszeichnung in der Katergorie “Klassik für Kinder” dürfen sich Lucas und Arthur Jussen gemeinsam mit Katja Riemann mit ihrer Einspielung des Karneval der Tiere in der Fassung von Roger Willemsen freuen.
